Vermillion Sculpture Walk

Hero Image

Since the summer of 2013, The University of South Dakota Campus has been fortunate to have a sculpture walk. In early 2015, the Vermillion Sculpture Walk Committee was formed to work in tandem with the USD Sculpture Walk Committee. Sculptures were placed downtown Vermillion in the summer of 2015 for all to enjoy.

The sculptures are leased for two years and every two years, the sculptures are replaced, giving the campus and community of Vermillion a fresh, new look as well as offering artists the opportunity to submit their art for consideration.

It is our hope that you have enjoyed looking at and learning about each sculpture and each artist. Your support is needed to continue this wonderful project that makes our downtown unique. Each sculpture costs $3,000 to lease for a two year period and there are a total of five sculptures in the downtown area.

We are asking for your donation and to be a partner in this beautiful public art project. Although we certainly welcome and encourage larger donations, any amount is appreciated to support the continuation of the Vermillion Downtown sculpture walk.

Donations are tax deductible and can be made to Missouri Valley Growth.

Please mail donations to:
