The Vermillion Area Chamber & Development Company (VCDC) recently broke ground for the second phase of the multi-million dollar housing development expansion at Bliss Pointe.
Over 50 new houses are planned to be built in the expansion, with the project anticipated to be completed in its entirety by November 2021. Lot prices range from $16,000-$40,000 with sizing from 5,600 to just over 15,600 square feet.
The VCDC is excited to release the anticipated project schedule, along with the lot prices and map.
