Meet John Prescott, the Secretary for the VCDC Board of Directors!
John has been a Vermillionaire since 2005. As the City Manager for Vermillion, he works with the City Council on policy development and implementation, as well as manages city operations.
John has been on the VCDC Board of Directors since he arrived in Vermillion, and has served on both the Finance and Executive committees for the VCDC Board.
