The McVicker Plaza CoLab was designed to stimulate and enhance the climate for business development, entrepreneurship and people looking to grow their small businesses.

CoLab is more than just a work-space option. It’s enhanced by networking, mentoring and collaborative opportunities. There are regular workshops and seminars geared toward those starting a new business. Clients and their guests will also have opportunities to attend or host on-site concerts, podcasts, art exhibits, book signings, social-hours, etc.

Our space will be appealing to off-campus academic faculty, visiting professionals, traveling spouses and those who may be working away from their offices as well as new-business start-ups. We offer an exciting option for those working from home or coffee shops and libraries. You can engage with others in your community and create an invaluable network of like-minded peers.

CoLab is up-front affordable. Because of our unique position in the community, we are able to offer our clients and their guests both open, shared and private workspaces with a front to back, solid IT platform, state of the art A/V infrastructure and an array of amenities like:
